infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to,
intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
You will use The Jewish Matchmaker consistent with any and all
applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to include in your profile any telephone numbers,
street addresses, last names, URL's, E-mail addresses (collectively,
"personal information"),
offensive anatomical or sexual references, or offensive sexually
suggestive language. You agree not to post any photos containing nudity
or personal information.
You agree to the rule that Members shall remain anonymous
unless they choose to reveal their identity to a specific
individual but not to a group of The Jewish Matchmaker Members.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to reject any profile
or photo that does not comply with these requirements.
You agree not to
engage in advertising to, or solicitation of,
other Members to buy or sell any products
or services through The Jewish Matchmaker.
You agree not to transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other Members.
You agree not to post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material,
trademarks, or other proprietary material without obtaining the prior consent
of the owner of such proprietary material.
You are solely responsible for your interactions
with other Members.
We reserve the right, but have no obligation,
to monitor content and information posted on The Jewish Matchmaker site.
Any opinions, advice, statements, offers, or content made available
